Your item(s) will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days.

We ship almost anywhere in the world. If your location is not available during checkout, send us an email: hello@thecaffeinatedchickadee.com

Tracking is not added to orders packed with envelopes (stickers, pins etc). If you require tracking, please leave a note during check out and we will add the shipping price difference to your order.

Yes, we know shipping is expensive. It's unfortunately set that way by Canada Post and we cannot adjust our prices.

Once the package has been dropped off at the Post Office, we are no longer responsible for it. We cannot control the speed of which the package gets to you, and we are not responsible for any delays the package may go through.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, but if you have a problem please contact us at hello@thecaffeinatedchickadee.com within 30 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.
